Sophie Corlett

Sophie joined the firm in 2025 as Senior Legal Counsel and oversees all investments from a legal perspective, advising the business across all investment strategies.  

Prior to joining Deva, Sophie was a senior lawyer at Linklaters LLP in their London, Paris, Singapore and Hong Kong offices where she practiced finance law with a focus on real estate finance, secured lending in emerging markets, fund finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending. She has particular expertise advising on the senior and mezzanine financing of commercial real estate assets located in the UK and across Europe.  

Sophie qualified to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales in 2006. She holds an LLB in Law from the University of Nottingham and completed the LPC at Nottingham Law School.
