- Before Blackstone, Simon also worked at North Wall Capital focussing on special situations, Fortress Investment Group focussing on real estate private equity and distressed investments, and Citi, focussing on Shipping, Offshore, and Industrials
- Simon received a BSc Hons in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School
