Jason Fogaros

Jason Fogaros is a Managing Director specializing in Credit Asset Management.

He has more than 20 years of experience with a focus on real estate-backed credit, distressed debt, and special situations.

He has participated in the underwriting, workout, and asset management of more than 70 credit and real estate portfolios and investments across more than 20 countries.

Previously, Jason spent 12 years at Cerberus Capital Management, working across the firm’s international credit and real estate asset management platform, based in London, Amsterdam, and Madrid.

Prior to Cerberus, Jason was at LNR/HPI (now SitusAMC) on the team responsible for the underwriting and asset management of Cerberus’ first UK and European distressed credit investments. Earlier, Jason held roles across credit restructuring advisory and emerging markets. Jason holds a BA in Physics from the University of Florida and an MSc in Finance from King’s College London. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
