David Bronk

David joined Deva as Director of Investor and Portfolio Reporting in 2025. He delivers portfolio performance and valuations insights to senior leadership and investors.

David has over a decade of experience in real estate in finance and portfolio management roles. Before joining Deva, he worked for a variety of real estate investors in Canada and the UK including Brookfield Asset Management.

David is a chartered accountant beginning his career with PwC. He holds a master’s in professional accounting from the University of Saskatchewan and a BA from the University of British Columbia.
