Alberto Varela-Grandal

Alberto Varela-Grandal Ruibal is a Legal Counsel. He guides the investment team on all legal matters during the transaction process and handles all internal legal matters.

Prior to joining Deva in 2023, Alberto spent six years at Pérez-Llorca in the Madrid and London offices and at Clifford Chance in Spain where he focused on corporate and M&A transactions for both Spanish and international clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

Alberto holds a Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Navarra in Spain.
