Adriana Muñoz

Adriana Munoz Eyriès is a Legal Counsel. She is guiding the investment team on all legal matters during the transaction process and handling all internal legal matters.

Prior to joining Deva in 2021, Adriana spent six years at Pérez-Llorca where she focused on corporate and M&A transactions for both Spanish and international clients.

Adriana holds the joint Master’s degree in Corporate Law and for Access to the Legal Profession from IE Law School and a double degree in Spanish and French law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.
