Catherine Hong

Catherine Hong is a Managing Director and leads the real estate investment strategy with a focus on opportunistic credit and equity situations. 

Prior to joining Deva in 2024, Catherine spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley in London, most recently as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager in the Portfolio Solutions Group (PSG). She was a member of PSG’s real estate investment committee and led opportunistic real estate investments for the team across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she worked at Citigroup Property Investors and Merrill Lynch’s Global Principal Investment Group in New York. 

Catherine received a BA in Economics and Art History from Wellesley College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the European Advisory Board of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School.
