Patrick Hablal

Patrick Hablal is the firm’s Chief Investment Officer and oversees the investment strategy and origination activities of the organization. Patrick has over two decades of experience in financial markets, opportunistic and special situations investments.

Prior to joining Deva, Patrick was a Managing Director for the Lone Star Funds where he spent 14 years, with notable investments in NPLs portfolio, mortgages, structured products, equity investments in commercial real estate and hospitality across Europe. Prior, Patrick worked for Merrill Lynch’s real estate finance department and BNP Paribas in London and Paris.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Business School in Paris and a Master’s degree in Management Science from University Lyon III in France.
